Upon the merger's completion, the company renamed itself as Skydance, and it operates Warner Bros. Pictures and Paramount Pictures as separate film studios, along with an editorial board overseeing CBS News and CNN.
David Ellison leads Skydance as its chairman and CEO, and the company trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SKYD. Its primary corporate headquarters are located at One Astor Plaza in New York City, along with The Studios at Paramount in Los Angeles on the creative side.
