Bank Millennium S.A. is a commercial bank based in Warsaw. It is one of the most systemically important banks in Poland.
Originating in the 1997 merger of Bank Inicjatyw Gospodarczych and Bank Gdański to form BIG Bank Gdański, it has been majority-owned by Lisbon-based Banco Comercial Português since 2000 and adopted the Millennium brand in 2003.
