Its activities include process equipment, industrial boilers, sugar and distilleries plants, mechanical and hydraulic presses, castings, and air-pollution-control systems. Established in 1933 as Saraswati Sugar Syndicate, the company held a revenue of ₹6,245 crore in 2024 with exports of approximately 92 countries. It was ranked 252 in the ET 2021 listing, and 253 in the Fortune India 500 Listings.
