CoreWeave, Inc. is an American cloud-computing company based in Livingston, New Jersey. As of 2026, the company operates 51 AI data centers, specialized data centers designed for higher parallel computing performance via heavy use of graphics processing units. Such data centers are vital to the training and running of generative AI models, such as large language models and text-to-video models.
Founded as Atlantic Crypto in 2017 the company focused on high-performance computing, CoreWeave has its own data centers operating in the United States and Europe, with some dedicated to multiple companies and some to a single client. Its $1.6 billion supercomputer data center for Nvidia in Plano, Texas, has been described by Nvidia as the fastest AI supercomputer in the world. Wikipedia
