Founded in 2011, it is one of the largest meal-kit providers in the world, operating in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, and Western Europe. Aside from its flagship brand, the company also owns and operates subsidiary brands such as Green Chef, EveryPlate and Factor. HelloFresh has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since its IPO in November 2017.
