Eni S.p.A. is an Italian multinational energy company. It is considered one of the "supermajor" oil companies in the world, with a market capitalization of €48 billion, as of 31 December 2025. The Italian government owns a 33.084% golden share in the company, 2.166% held through the Ministry of Economy and Finance and 30.918% through the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
