Keysight Technologies, Inc. is a global company headquartered in Santa Rosa, California, that manufactures hardware and software for engineering workflows across design, test, and emulation. It serves industries including 5G communications, aerospace and defense, automotive, semiconductors, digital healthcare, and energy.
The company was formed as a spin-off of Agilent Technologies, which inherited and rebranded the test and measurement product lines developed and produced, from the late 1930s to the turn of the millennium, by Hewlett-Packard. Its name is a combination of key- and -sight.
Satish Dhanasekaran took over as Keysight's CEO in 2022. Some other executives at Keysight Technologies include CTO Jay Alexander, CIO Daniel Krantz, CMO Marie Hattar, CSCOO Ingrid Estrada, CFO Neil Dougherty, and Corporate Controller Lisa Poole. The Chief People Officer at Keysight is Jodi Juskie.
Through expansions and acquisitions, the S&P 500-indexed company has grown beyond its initial focus on oscilloscopes to produce electronic design automation software, network visibility and cybersecurity solutions, manufacturing technology, and system-level simulation platforms. Wikipedia
